Your USI will also give you access to an online record of the training you have done since 1 January 2015. You will also be able to produce a comprehensive transcript of your training. To apply for a USI and to find more information please visit www.usi.gov.au.
Do you have a Unique Student Identifier?
Cannot remember your USI?
If you have a USI but cannot remember it, please visit the USI Registrar and click on the I have forgotten my USI option. The USI Registrar will provide instructions for retrieving your USI.
*You may complete your enrolment/training without yet having a USI. However in order to receive your qualification or statement of attainment on successful completion of your course, your USI is required.
First aid certificates will be emailed to you within two working days* upon successful completion of your course. If you require a hard copy to be physically mailed to you, an administration fee may apply. Where a correct email has been provided we make every effort to keep you informed of when you need to update your certification before it expires, ensuring you or your staff stay up-to-date.

If you have a large group of 10 or more participants and/or require training onsite in your venue, we are more than happy to discuss options and provide a quotation. Our trainers can travel to you!
